Premade cable drum systems are not only very practical and guarantee ongoing mobility, they are also very gentle to the cable. A cable drum ensures high durability and easy handling, e.g. with outdoor transmissions, at broadcasting stations or sporting and school events. We deliver a lightweight and very rugged HT300K metal cable drum from SCHILL. It is equipped with our stageproof, flexible 2-wire AES/EBU and DMX-capable BINARY 234 AES/EBU MKII cable which, owing to its large wire cross-section of 2 x 0.34 mm², is ideal for long distances. The drum is fitted with a front panel and a NEUTRIK® NC3MDLX-B XLR panel connector, the cable has an NC3FXX-B XLR cable socket. For DMX applications the system is also available with NC5MDLX-B and NC5FXX-B partially allocated 5-pole connectors .Pin assignment: shield to PIN 1, + to PIN 2, - to PIN 3
