ROBUST BODY

NEXT stageLIFT hoists are engineered for the entertainment industry and feature a robust body with durable fiber reinforced covers for very rough handling and challenging transportation. NEXT offers 3 body sizes to cover the D8 plus capacities from 250 to 1000 kg.

D8 AND D8 PLUS HOISTS

In standard finish, the motors are rated D8 plus in accordance to SQ P2 (2018). However, they can be delivered as conventional D8 hoists featuring single brake.

EXTENDED LIFETIME

The maintenance-free gear box is a solid enclosure for the entire lifetime of the hoist.

SAFETY

All bearing components of the hoists are well protected against overload by means of a slip clutch. The hoists come with a steel chain guide plate to ensure a jam-free chain feeding.

EASY TO SERVICE

All hoists are easy-to-maintain modular designed devices.  All critical parts like chain guide and load wheel, electronic board, the brake and the motor, are easily accessible with standard tools.  Resetting the slip clutch and inspecting the brake is simple and time-saving. The gear box is maintenance-free for the whole lifetime of the hoist. 

SLIP CLUTCH

The slip clutch is designed to guarantee a safe permanent connection between the load and the brake to meet higher safety requirements.
